Hi Michelle, thank you for your review. With a new Kobold cleaning system, we recommend washing all new fibres at 60°C before using. Parquet floors generally don't like a lot of water so it can also help to have the moisture level on to let the microfibre get damp and then turn off the moisture when vacuum and mopping the floors. Each time you notice the microfibre has dried out, you can repeat turning the moisture levels on and off again which can help. You also only need 3ml of Koboclean solution and depending on any previous products used, it may take a couple of goes to get rid of other products. We hope this helps.
